This company is absolutely horrible. They appear to use bait and switch as their business model. They are far more interested in making money than the well being of their patients. If you schedule an appointment for a routine cleaning, don't expect to have a cleaning done on that day (certainly not a routine one). more worried about money and how you are going to pay than patients.
I had a filling break and originally had an appointment at the beginning of June. For some reason they had to reschedule me and they couldn't get me in until July 7th. Well two days before my appointment they rescheduled me again for July 21st. Not only is this inconvenient because I am in pain but they want me to come in July 14th to have my tooth looked at, July 21st for my cleaning and probably will make another appointment for my filling! Many things went wrong in my visit. First I was asked to sign an agreement to a company payment policy that I was supposed to read first. They didn't provide the policy for me to read. When I asked for the policy the receptionist acted as if I was being weird for wanting to see the policy. I insisted as I didn't know what I was obligated to pay them for diagnosis. I broke a tooth and called them on a Friday afternoon and they saw me on Saturday . They temporarily fixed it and we have a plan to permanently fix it.....thanks Aspen Dental !
I am very disappointed. I had complete upper and lower dentures starting in August 2015. Last Tuesday I received my permanent dentures. I called today to get an adjustment because the uppers has a very tender spot and I could not wear them . I was told the earliest I could get in was Monday this is Thursday or I could show up at 8am or 1pm on Friday and take my chances as a walk in. Had an appointment at 10 am, I sat in the waiting room form 9:55 to to 11:20. I finally gave up waiting. Never was so pissed off in all my life. Not sure if I will ever go back.
Horrible horrible place...extremely expensive for shoddy work!! They find reasons NOT TO FULFILL their contract with you!!! Wanting to charge $140+ to Clean ONE inplant!!!..before they would do a relin e on denture!! Complete BS!! Back to my regular dentist...farther to drive but well worth it and they were happy to see me and hear my story of Aspen Dental ridiculous prices .. Shoddy work...!!!
