Facebook removed my previous review, mother fucking snowflake police. Dr Foreign Guy never looked in my mouth. Looked at an xray, and then his "business manager" gave me a quote of 12k cash. They weren't my first estimate, they weren't even my 2nd. They were going to pull healthy teeth, and their quote was still twice as high as a legit, non foreign owned franchise, dentist. Wish I could give negative stars. My dearest friend went in to get A tooth pulled. 3 was pulled. 9 days ago. They wanted to pull all of his teeth out and he refused. The Dr informed him he had an infection but he pulled his teeth anyway. And sent him home with Tylenol 3.No antibiotic. I am giving this review because my friend had emergency surgery yesterday from how bad this infection has gotten. He now is on a breathing machine. WAAAAAAAY OVERPRICED!! I had a feeling some price gouging may be on the way when they needed 18 x rays to get started. Felt like a "timeshare sale" when they lead you into the "closing office" before doing any work.

Had to give 1 star simply because no stars isn't an option. Let's see. Hour wait, with appointment. Dr. never looked in my mouth, looked at an xray and determined that all my teeth should be removed surgically, and sent me to chat with the business manager. 12k cash was her price. We laughed and left. No interest in my health, just another chain, manned by foreign thieves. Try addressing customers a bit more professionally. My name is not " Mr Matthew", fucking rag head.

to say the very least. I am not very happy at all. The dental assistant, moves way too fast, she was dropping things on the floor, concerns of sanitary, I didn't see anyone washing hands, I had to wait a long time, the room filled up, it ended up being a whole day affair just to have a tooth extracted and that was with an appt. I am not pleased with the dental assistant at all, I felt I was treated like cattle on a farm.

Update: we still continue to use aspen and Lindsey the hygienist at the Mishawaka location after all these years! She is the greatest and gives us the best service. My daughter will only see her! She makes her feel so comfortable and that’s hard to find these days! Lindsey the hygienist is awesome!! She started treating my husband first now does our whole family! My 4 year old daughter just loves her! She made going to the dentist such an awesome fun experience. So much so that she loves to go to the dentist. She's not sc... read more

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who doesn't want to wait more than a hour. Furthermore not only could they not give a time frame as to when we would be seen but she then lied and told us we were next (more than 7 people went before us) and we had a appointment.

I went there because I needed a tooth pulled. Had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Then X-rays, had a quick exam, and then was told that I needed So much work. over $2500.00. Which I can't afford. I asked how much is just the tooth pulled. Said they don't just do that, they do it ALL. So it was a complete waste of time.
