These people are running a money game on people walking in the door. Trying to diagnose my daughter with periodontal disease and telling her they couldn’t treat her for her broken tooth until they treated the disease first. What a boat load of lies you tell these people walking in the door. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE. The also don’t have private rooms for each patient they are treating, isn’t this a violation of Hipa.

Since my review won't show up on their website I figured I would leave one here! Visiting the Aspen Dental office located in Mishawaka, IN was the biggest waste of my time. A majority of the staff there acted very unprofessionally in my opinion. I had a terrible experience at the office, waiting OVER an hour past my scheduled appointment, just to be rushed out so they wouldn't be late getting someone else in. They are the worse in Ripping people off. I had 2 type of insurance both should cover my first time visit to them . They charged me $90 copy ( CHEK UP) even though I had 2 different Dental insurance. I called to complain and no one calls back to discuss the issue. They turn me in to collection and now I have this Montgomey Lynch & Asciates, Inc. sending me letter to pay or else.

I went because I had one tooth bothering they ended up pulling three. Then they only sent me home with Tylenol 3 which I had to double because it was not enough to cover the pain. He originally said I needed like over half my teeth pulled and he wanted to give me a partial and then he gave me an exorbitant price to do it. And on top of that they wanted $1,500 just to clean my teeth. This place is ridiculous I will never go there again.

I had a tooth pulled three weeks ago. Today it is swollen and there is a bunch of either pus or blood in the extraction site. I've called the emergency number and they have paged the doctor 5 times. Seems like the doctors don't give a crap about the patient. �update after 2 hours I told the answering service to cancel the paging. They paged the dentist at least 10 times. And still no answer.

I made an appointment to have a tooth pulled so I thought as i broke a tooth.They gave me a price over the phone of 122.00 after 20 percent discount. When I got there he told me he was too busy to do anything but stays and consultation. Then when I get the estimate for the tooth extraction it's 200.00 for that. Way more than I was expecting
