Worst staff and service ever. If u want to get something half ass done this is ur place. Not only will u not get exactly what u paid for they also will not follow through with billing ur insurance properly or charging ur care credit acct and when they make a billing error they will not fix it they will make u deal with it and ur insurance company. Terrible! I was there 15 min before my appointment and didn't get seen till an hour later! Then the girl talked to me like I was a little kid. The doc came in to say she would be 5 min and never seen her. I ended up leaving 2 hours after my scheduled appointment! Will NOT go back!
Absolutely awful staff! So rude and unhelpful. Took my daughter to get a tooth pulled. She went back for an exam and consult and came out crying. She was in so much pain and they didn't even treat her. They do not care about their patients at all! I tried to speak to the dentist and the woman who did her consult, but they were both so nasty I just left. The staff was rude! Sure the place is clean & tech savvy but I couldn't get pass the rude staff!
After going in debt to get this great new smile this has been the worst 6 months now can't even get the teeth to fit right and now have to wait even longer to get it right.
Great dentist. Friendly staff. Willing to work with you on things. Has been a pleasant experience overall.
