Cyndi, the office manager was above and beyond helpful, efficient and delightful!! Dr. Ghanli was professional and knowledgeable when helping my mom with the tough decisions she had to make. Thanks, Aspen Dental in Monroe!
The office manager, Ms. Cindy helped me with an exceptional experience with the plan of action for my dental care and financing, I recieved patient and caring service from both the Dentist and her dental assistants, especially Ms. Gavins and the Lab Tech... Richard the folow up reminders for my appointments both on the phone and online made certain that my awareness of when I should be there on time to recieve the excellence in care from this Monroe office... Thank you all for your time and dedication to me as your patient.
I want to like this place, but quite frankly would suggest staying as far away as possible. The Hygienists I have come into contact with really are great, top notch! It is the business practices that are questionable at best. Their business practices are why I am going to finish what I started with them and never ever go back! AWFUL experience! While the people at the call center are really kind, there is a massive lack of communication, and the office staff is terrible. My mom's partial broke on Friday and we needed a repair A.S.A.P. The person I spoke with at the call center, "Chris" was great and very supportive. I made it abundantly clear that all we needed was a quick repair to get through the weekend at least, and that we would follow up with our regular local dental office, later. Horrible quality! Dentures have broken and been "repaired" several times since receiving them. Teeth have fallen out and the plate has cracked. I implore you to STAY AWAY from the Monroe, Michigan, as well as all Aspen Dental Locations!!!

I have two insurance plans for dental and was told by the person I spoke too on the phone that they accepted both plans. after going in for the appointment, they took x-rays and presented me with a $5,000 bill and after insurance, I still would be responsible for over $3,000.00. I was shocked, my comment was that's with 2 insurance coverages? I was informed at that time only one of my insurances was accepted to which they billed the insurance company for.
