They assured me that they accepted my insurance. What they don't tell you is *some* of the doctors at that location accept your insurance and some do not. You don't find this out until they send you a bill in the mail saying your insurance denied the claim.

Aside from being treated like a second class citizen, I paid cash up front for lost xrays bout 20 or so, after equipment failure, and patient delays, the dentist is over booked, and I saw a patient turned away for his appointment because of it, after an hour of this and that happening, my tooth was finally pulled, the doc seemed upset, and said nothing, he just left. On call doctor doesn’t return call, I called the emergency number three times still never got a call back! Other than that great dentistry nice staff, Very friendly and helpful, just don’t try to call the emergency number and expect any sort of response back
WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Especially if you have children. I took my kids for an initial visit. My son was able to be seen but that is only after them canceling the apt twice. My daughters apt has been rescheduled by them 3 times. Apparently they don’t have the staff to run this place. I also needed to get some dental work done. Called to ask when I could get in. Don't go if you don't have time to waste, or if you expect to be seen on time.
The staff is very nice and professional. However the cost of services are astronomical! I went here because it's close to my work. I have dental insurance and even with that it was incredibly absurd. I've had recommended procedures done (root scaling) by anithe dentist just last year and it was half the price your office gave me. I'm so disappointed. I wish I'd read the reviews before I made an appointment.
I was told my insurance covered the first exam but TV why is it TV I got billed for something that was apart of the exam?
I had a 6 appointment they told me that I could come in early at 5 I get there at 5 and I sat there and did not get seen until almost 6 I had a tooth that need to be glued in they took x-rays I told them I just had X-rays my insurance is not going to cover x-rays they said we'll give you a coupon we sat there for an hour and 45 minutes we never got my tooth glued in and we had to leave because we had no more time to wait for some woman to count our teeth it was probably the worst dental experience I've had in the last 25 yea... read more
