Poor service, disorganized, double charge but hygienists are very nice
I gave a 3 because the people were friendly. I will however be going back to get our, my Mom's & mine, dental X-rays & exam notes to take somewhere else. The "service" they say we need done will cost us both well over $1,700. That's NOT happening. Of course they signed us up for Care Credit, but neither of us can afford the monthly payments. I went for the "free" exam & xrays... I only wanted a simple cleaning & tooth extraction, but they've signed me up for the "deep cleaning" & extraction. I've NEVER needed a deep cleaning... read more
Worst experience of my life with dentists payed them thousands months ago to fix my front teeth hear i am going into the holidays missing front teeth
Worst dental experience ever. They overcharge you for EVERYTHING, are very sneaky and have a 'used car salesman' go over your next appointment with you. I cancelled the next appt I had, then got an email from my insurance saying I owe $81. Fine... but still waiting on an actual bill FROM THE OFFICE to inform me of this. My guess at this point is that they just wait for it to go into default so they can screw you even further. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Find a small, private dentist instead of this corporate b/s.
Despite smiles and nice tones, the experience was dreadful and makes me question whether I want to continue my patronage there. My new patient exam took over two hours because I first wasn't called back for x rays until I'd sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. They then proceeded to put me with a new staff member who wasn't familiar with their x ray equipment. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait when I scheduled the appointment. Came and it's going to be over two hours just to see the doctor. I ask why? There is only one dentist and they overbook.... I hate being lied to.
I loved going to Aspen dental until I found out Dr. Gaundi and Karen isn't going to be there anymore. Dr. Gaundi and Karen is what makes this office. Dr. Gaundi and Karen are a great asset to aspen dental on telegraph. Aspen dental should keep the best part of there asset and employees!!! I'm very upset.
