I keep getting emails about reviewing and I was going to be nice. First it started out waiting an hour to be seen while watching several patients come and go. The a extraction procedure itself went smoothly. I could have used a little more after care help with the pain and what I'm supposed to do as the dentist himself gave me instructions completely different than the paper given to me

This place should be shut down. I went for dental work, that is STILL needing revised and fixed. I had veneers that were older and needed removed and new veneer added. A short dentist with a limp did the dental work...he was so rough that he cracked my front tooth, and he made me cry through the entire process, when I was crying he made me feel bad and said he was going to leave my teeth as is if I didn't cooperate. I hate that I even have to give this review.... but what I just experienced at Aspen dental was disgusting. Due to covid 19 there are understandably new rules in place for patients. Before entering this morning I greeted everyone there, even knowing one of the workers. After I signed in I was taken to a X-ray room and asked about my left sides teeth. just went there for a consultation at 8:30 fill out some paperwork 840 got an x-ray at 8:45 then they sat me in a room where I sat by myself for an hour and I just now walked out when you're trying to get new business and someone comes in for a consultation it's probably not a good idea to leave them sitting in a room for an hour by themself I could be overreacting what do I have no desire to go to a dentist office where the schedule your appointments at 8:30 but really have no intention of seeing you till 10 terrible first ... read more
had a bad experience with them. dentist was more concerned with what was on TV than properly doing my root canal.
0 stars - I sat waiting for an hour to have two fillings before I saw my dentist. He numbed my mouth and then vanished for another 45 minutes. At this point I am almost 2 hours past my appointment time and my mouth numbness is wearing off! Needless to say, I left and that will be the last time I will have ever gone to Aspen Dental.
Horrible place. Didn’t even look at the broken tooth, tried telling me I had all these problems that didn’t even appear on my xrays. Dug at my gums trying to make them bleed and asking if it hurt. When I said no, she began intentionally hurting me. Maybe I just had a bad batch of people there, or maybe they are just that horrible. And the little heavy gentleman at check out was overheard complaining that he’d have to call me to set up an appointment for an oral surgeon.(Not that it was going to happen, but still). By listening to their patients. Every time I've been in there has been a problem. The last time I requested a specific dentist, when I went in, it was someone I didn't request. Also when I go in I'm told one thing and when I come back it's something different.
the only visit that was decent was with the hygenist. I am going to another provider. customer service patient comfort pricing attitudes understanding no email address that works I am very discontent with the services I have been provided thus far with the exception of the hygienist. 1.
