I initially had a treatment plan agreed upon, but when I showed up to my next appointment they had no recollection of the prices I was given and attempted to charge me several thousand more dollars than expected. To everyone who is in the market for Dental practice.... DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE ASPEN DENTAL OFFICES UNLESS... Unless you want to get infected by a bacteria, Enterobacter aerogenes , It has been found to live in various wastes, hygienic chemicals, and soil. Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
Well where to start? All they care about it money. Told my wife she had 5 two surface fillings and 6 one surface filings. We wanted a second opinion, went to her old family dentist and he took a look at her x-rays (which came from Aspen) and only found 1 one surface filling. Today I had a root canal done by Dr. Nancy. I was very apprehensive going in to the procedure because I had not ever had one done before. She was nothing short of AMAZING! Not only was she engaging and personable, but she has got a great sense of humor and very quickly helped ease my tension and worry. While I'm not hoping to have any more root canals in my future, if I do, I hope Dr. Nancy is the one to do them all. If it were an option I'd give no star. My nephew had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled. The dentist at Aspen, Muncy, who'd seen him last week for x-rays (and wanted to pull all his teeth and give him dentures - 45 year old man with Down Syndrome - not gonna happen!) pulled the wrong tooth yesterday. Oops! The receptionist laughed it off and asked for $189. This place is crooked as the day is long. A friend of mine took her nephew there and they pulled the wrong tooth and still charged her for it. I would not go here if i were you.
