NO I would not recommend the Muncy PA office, I'd warn people. The excessive wait time is inhumane. I called to make an appointment, told them I had a painful tooth and I thought it needed extracted. When I got there, they started doing all these x-rays....I asked how much they cost because on Medicare Dental Plan all you get is one set of bitewings and 2 cleanings a year. Had an appointment but waited a long time to get in. Then had to wait for dentist to come in
I would give less than one star if I could. I spent 3 hours and 10 minutes to get a temporary crown. He kept leaving me to go work on other patients. My 6 shots of novocain wore off before he finished working, so I got another 6 shots. The dentist left for the night before I did. He left the assistant to finish putting the temporary crown in place. What if she needed him for something? The assistant tried 3 times to make an impression to send for the permanent crown. First of all, they speak with forked tongue as the Indians used to say. They tell you one thing and then when it's too late tell you they told another and try to make you think you're crazy. When you're too far into it (so they think) to do anything else they hit with some excuse like they lost their supplier and double your initial estimate, they put the wrong size teeth in my mouth ruining my facial muscles and then think you should be grateful to them that they will fix it. NO thanks!
The initial work was good but when it was time for the hard line all they were worried about was getting my wife out of there. Within 2 hours her gums were rubbed raw and she could not wear her teeth. They did not listen to her when she told them they needed more work. Now we need to spend more time and gas money for something that should have been taken care of the first time.
I've been using Aspen Dental since 2012 and couldn't be more satisfied. My most recent visit involved a tooth extraction which went extremely well. Dr. Kaur and Amanda, the assistant, provided excellent care and took the time to explain not only the procedure, but what to expect afterwards. Because the procedure involved a tooth that was located next to my partial denture, the partial had to modified to include room for the soon-to-be extracted tooth. Haven't even gotten seen yet after minute wait. Not impressed
The cost are way too high while the quality of work was way too low. The staff asked for payments many times...the corporation is only interested in your money and not the service. I will not ever go back to Aspen Dental ever again no matter where they are located. Do yourself a favor and stay away too!
They just want your money, was told I needed two caps. They wouldnt file my tooth down that was scratching my tounge open. Bad experience, went to another dentist for another opinion and didn't need any caps, just fillings.
