My first visit and here so far over a hour and a half just to establish care!! Not checked on or told anyone is behind I am about to just leave!! Also being in medical myself it is unacceptable to not check on me and at least tell me you are behind! Your time is no more valuable then mine!!! I will not be back and I will be contacting corporate Aspen Dental to voice my concerns in also being treated like a number!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE!!!

Aspen dental is only worried about making big money! There services are so over priced that a normal person would need to get a loan. They make you feel like if you don't have the most expensive procedure done then your teeth will fall out. I will never refer anyone that I know to go there. I was there for two hours most of which was sitting around waiting.

There is one sure fire way to piss me the F?$& off and that’s for me to make an appointment and then wait an hour and then be told that I have to wait at least another 30 minutes to be seen. Top that off with being told that they have “no control over the schedule” and I call bull$hit. My first time at Aspen Dental and I have nothing nice to say. Did I mention I have all three kids with me because I was told it would be an”quick” appointment. Just X-rays and a consult to go over the X-rays. I’ve been in the customer service ... read more

If I could give 0, I would! �First of all, I had my wisdom teeth extracted there about 5 years ago and should have never gone back. On the morning of my extraction, I got there and they said my insurance wouldn’t cover it, I had to pay $1,500 that day and THEN they’d bill the insurance. So the insurance got billed and they got sent a check. I have never received reimbursement for the $1,500 I paid that morning despite many calls, e-mails, etc. to the office lady. When I first went back in October to get my teeth pulled and my new dentures put in they where great even when I went back because of bones spars and they had to reopen my mouth � I love dr Burton he is amazing � but after that just last week when I went in to get fitted for my permanent denture I had to wait for over an hr because they forgot about me even though I was there20 min before my appointment if I didn’t go up to see why I wanted so long the reception couldn’t give me an answer cause my name got crossed of by one ... read more

I would not recommend this particular location if you have an urgent need for a dental procedure. Very cordial employees. Explained their services and procedures thoroughly, but I was informed an endodontist wouldn’t be available for two and a half weeks to take of my problem. Really surprised a well known franchise dental office wouldn’t have one available all the time.

Dr. Burton and DA Dominique literally sang to me the entire appointment so I didn't focus and dwell on the work that was going on.
