Dr. Moataz Elkasrawy ordered Dr. Gabriel Thomas to do a re-line of my dentures when I took my dentures in to br repaired because my bottom dentures had broken into two pieces. This happened on the 3rd day of this month of February 2022. Will tell you that you need things done even when you don’t. Hygienists work on commission and will fish into your wallets if you allow them. My first and only experience was awful, they overcharged me and left me in a back room for 2 hours (maybe they forgot about me?). Stay away!
Nope, my child was recommended to get some of his teeth extraction due to over crowding by the orthodontist and this was our 3 rd visit, the consultation was okay for the first visit and they recommended cleaning then the extraction after the first visit the successive visits the wait time became longer 45 to 60 minutes of just hanging around till we got seen, then yesterday we were schedule for the teeth extraction after waiting for at least 45 minutes with a minor child who has anxiety issues they made me sign a consent bu... read more
They are very nice and friendly but I would not recommend that anyone go here to get dentures. They made me a set but they were unwearable so they agreed to make another set. This time, I rejected the first wax try in. The second wax try in was great. They tweaked them to my satisfaction. I was happy with them. I got the finished dentures today but they made them from the 1st wax try in that I had rejected. They are awful. I called and said I was never going back again. I'm done. This place has practices under way masking it as needed healthcare to generate revenue to achieve bonus incentives in the way it has been structured for it's employees compensation. Check this out online. They have been found out. Tried to scam my wife on cleanings and treatment she did not need after going to a reputable Dentist for verification. Go to Dentist who own their own practice and live and die on their reputations.
Very unprofessional! Very unorganized! Tried to sneak paperwork into the stack thinking I wasnt going to look over tgem so they could charge me extra!!! wanted to charge me for a $135 tooth brush when I don't have teeth, I have dentures!! Changed treatment plan more than 4 times in a 6 month period! Dentures are very low quality! Staff is rude and dentist can care less!!!! I had an appointment for 9 AM on April 4. When I got to the office, I was told that the dentist was unavailable and I should come back on the 14th. No call, email - to tell me. Poor service.
advertise 24/7 emergency...gotta wait a week...i understand antibiotics and time but i dont understand paying in advance 400 plus dollars to get one tooth removed...called about pain med two days later and was refused..went in for appointment and dentist says give me a refferal and a refund...sitting here looking at was was supposed to be a 400 dollar pull and the treatment sheet shows i was going to be paying 1800.00...that was never discussed and that dentist decided he didnt loke the way i asked for pain meds so he dumped... read more
