I've been to this office on 3 different occasions.. they are ALWAYS unprofessional, do not value your time, they cancelled my appointment without notifying me and never filed my insurance for my INITIAL visit. They act as if they don't know what they are doing.. by far THE WORST experience I've ever had with a Dentist office.
Almost 2 hours there. Went for a cleaning and never got my teeth cleaned. Was given an estimate for gum cleaning ($500), had a cancer test. Felt like I went for an oil change and was told I needed brakes and a new transmission.
I have had a terrible experience with this dentist and will not be going back. On my initial visit I specifically asked if anything was owed and was told no just to get a bill afterward. The oral surgeon has no bed side manner at all. 5 days after having my wisdom teeth pulled I called to see if still having pain was normal, the office referred me to him and when he called back he says "I didn't pull baby teeth so yes it's going to hurt." He talked down and belittled me since day one. Never again!
Waited 3 hours with a appointment to have a tooth pulled. Finally we go from a simple extraction to a major project. After the tooth is pulled the nurse says I'll send you something over for pain to your pharmacy. Pharmacist says noting was sent. Call customer service he says oh I can't find you in the system, call this other number. Which turns out to be a fax number, call again and oh well somebody will call you back...........hours later swollen mouth and pain on 100 NO CALL BACK!!!!!!
I went there for an extraction. They took me in and did the x-rays, then took me to the dental chair to see the hygienist who I had no plans to see, I was in a hurry and in pain. However she was very nice very professional. She said she was going to give me some prescriptions (that I never got), then I saw the dentist. I went in for my first appoint and also had to wair an hour. They did not tell me why, until I was back in the back, they said something about the dentist had to come from an other office. The people were very nice, but the cost was very HIGH even with insurance. So I am looking for another dentist.
Terrible service. I just wanted a wisdom tooth pulled and they told me they would not pull it until I got my teeth cleaned twice. So all together it was going to cost me $960 to just get my teeth cleaned twice and a wisdom tooth pulled. I ended up going to Dr. Paul in Griffin and they pulled it right away for $200. I Will NEVER go back to Aspen Dental. They just try to make up work so they can get more money.
