Worst dentist I have been to. Had an appointment still waited an hour. Paid everything before my cleaning and everything, had to schedule a cleaning for a different day, dentist never checked to make sure cleaning was even done correctly, then got another bill a month later. Go to someone else. Never going back to any Aspen Dental.
The first and second time I went they were great! But today I went there and waiting almost an hour and had to end up canceling because I made my appointment early so that I could get to my meetings later. Well, as long as they took I was going to be late. This is the second time I have had to reschedule and it's a so overdo for a checkup after having a procedure done. Was referred to oral surgeon by another dentist. Aspen was the only office that had a oral surgeon (twice a month). I told staff when I called that I had been referred and had exam notes and x-ray of tooth. Was told I still had to have exam in order to confirm I needed tooth extracted. I said I already had an exam and just needed to see oral surgeon. After being told there would be no charge for exam and x-ray's I agreed and made an appointment.
