I wouldn't take my dag to Aspen Dental!! I can no longer floss between 2 teeth because of fillings and a molar that was filled here constantly has pain. I'm not sure who it was but they allowed a woman who didnt even have her certification to be performing dental work to work on my teeth! I know this because as she was doing the fillings she was telling her assistant that she hadn't yet gotten her certification!!!! I work in healthcare and the first thing that went wrong!! Nobody verified my demographic info, no one even asked if I had insurance. I was called back after 30 mins of waiting(while I waited I over heard other patients personal info) by my last name. The fact that Smith is a common last name and I'm a new patient someone should have verified that I was who I said I was. At the end of my appointment I went to speak with the financial counselor, to receive and estimate for my procedure as if I was self pay. Not to mention on ... read more

After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was rushed through a series of steps. Xrays, wait 10 minutes. Dental Questions, wait 10 minutes. Meet the Dentist, wait 10 minutes and get an estimate. I felt like nobody was really concerned that I was there, and they just wanted to get me to the end of the process so they could tell me how much it would cost. They said my only option was a crown. This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Taz. Everyone showed great professionalism and was very knowledgeable of the procedure that I will need to have done. I can definitely say that I will be back soon.

What A joke! Went in for cleaning and all they did was take x rays and then to finance room to tell me it would be 6000.00 dollars.good bye.racket and rip off!!!

My experience with the staff was nice,they were friendly and courteous,when I met with Tim I was told I had one tooth that needed to be pulled,it was a surgical case,I went back that afternoon and after I was numb the Dr.said oh,I didn't realize this tooth in front of the tooth in question also needs to come out,she pulled that tooth and charged the surgical price,I was not asked,it was just done,when I called the next day,I was told it was always 2 teeth,I have the paper work,and the tooth that came out with ease was surgic... read more

They were great but i was not able to have work done that was needed due to me not having insurance and the prices were go high. They did offer finance companies but that wasn't an possibility for me either. The cash price was just way to high and i had no way i could get it done. They were nice though.
