they all act like they are in such a big hurry to get you out of the office so they can get to the next one also they dont explain any thing to you clear enough and way to many office visit that is not needed after i get my perment teeth in december i will never go back in my opinion. newport aspen dental needs to be looked. into i felt i was not treated good thank you

I called them to make a appointment. The idiot at the front desk made my appointment for one. showed up they do e closed the doors and locked. I talked to a guy that works there's he tried to tell me that it is already 120pm. Apparently he's retard like the front desk when I showed him the actual time and it was 12:28pm when I got there. so I don't recommend them and I won't ever deal with them again

I wasn’t going to review your office since I had a bad experience, but since you’ve sent me 3 pushy emails asking for a review ... here you go. I will not be returning. Sat in the chair for 2.5 hours for 10 min. X-rays, and a 15 minute exam with the dentist. The other 2 hours were WAITING in the chair, and you trying to sell me on a $400 out of pocket “special” cleaning, instead of doing the cleaning I know my insurance covered. My first experience with Aspen was amazing as I needed a emergency tooth extraction. They were quick and worked hard to make sure all went well. Fast forward a month and I went in for a cleaning as I planned on switch dentists. They told me that during my first visit, the diagnosed me with some gum disease and they they couldn’t do a regular cleaning. Went to the Aspen in Jackson, TN for 3 years while down there for work. Loved them! So much so, in fact, that I thought, instead of going back to my regular, I'd go to Aspen up here in Newport. BIG MISTAKE. Everything Jackson's office was: Professional, personable, efficient, respective of your time, I could go on and on; Newport office is none of these. This place is not credible or would I trust them...they just want your money,up front and then ask for your paperwork,second time,must have misplaced the same info I submitted to the receptionist after paying $49....then wanted more money upfront,to do more?I walked out!!! Calling CC Co next for return of my $49?

Wish I'd read reviews 1st! Took 30 min. to have x-rays taken then back to the waiting room for 15 min. Then spent 45 min in cube ALL ALONE! Figured 90 min. was long enough to wait. Told the receptionist on the way out I was leaving, she seemed used to it. Apology on the way out or offer to make good? NO! I'm looking for a real dentist who takes my insurance - any suggestions?
