I felt like I was at a car maintenance store where they try to take advantage of you if you don’t know anything about cars. Trying to sell it all. The other thing that pisses me off is that in order to do a payment plan, you have to basically sign up for a credit card from one of their lenders. So if you can’t pay $2500 up front (I don’t know how many ppl actually can), then you end up paying MORE because of interest in the long run. It’s like let me turn over all of my money to you. Dentist was rude, came in for a cleaning and never received my cleaning. Just was told how way too young I was to already need dentures even though I stated in my paperwork I am diagnosed with lupus and a vitamin d and calcium deficiency. I left the office crying because of the way I was treated I will never be back.

I thought I was in a health care professionals office. Instead I felt like I was at a used car lot. As a nurse I know how it's supposed to be and I can say that ain't it!

This place was a nightmare. First of all, I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned when I went in for my checkup, but the dental hygienist kept trying to sell me an oral b toothbrush. When I told her I just bought a sonicare, she said to throw it out and buy the oral b because it’s ‘sooo much better’. When I was getting my teeth x-rayed, the equipment looked dirty. This place is a joke. First they expected pymt two days prior to service being rendered with insurance. Then they were unqualified to perform said service and only completed half of said extraction...LEAVING THE ROOTS EXPOSED. At the time of the service they said they would be in touch for an oral surgeon to finish...today is april 2 they said he wouldn't be available until 4/28. I will be seeking a lawyer and going to every social media outlet until this is rectified. Disgusting practice. Should be ashamed.

I waited an hour to get taken back. They take x-rays and the hygienist "takes measurements" in the span of another hour. They then tell me I need to schedule a time for a cleaning. This place is a scam. Go somewhere else that cares.

I was told I needed 3 appointments for periodontal treatment and paid almost $600. I show up for my appointment and was done in less than 1 hour, including waiting time. The hygienist said I only had 3 small areas to treat. I told her the manager has said it was going to take 3 visits. She looked at my treatment plan and told me she would go speak with the manager. I've been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months since I was 4 years old and now I'm 50. I wanted to move to a dentist office that was closer to where I lived and Aspen was in my network. The dentist office I'd been with for years was great, but I just wanted convenience. They warned me about Aspen, but I was like, how bad can it be? I just need a place for my cleanings.
