Go to any other dentist but Aspen dental. Daughter had wisdom teeth pulled over 8 months ago. She still has pieces in her gum on the one side that still bug her plus they would not let the doctor start surgery until I paid them more then my deductible and now 8 months later we still receive bills and they have never even filed the bill with my insurance. If I could leave no stars I would. I called to confirm my appointment the day before and was told it would be 2 o’clock. I rearranged my work schedule to go to this appointment and was told the day of that it’s at 4:30. When I asked why it was changed they said it never was and that my appoint was always 4:30 which isn’t true. So now I’m left in pain because someone changed my appointment. Go find a reputable dentist that isn’t the money hungry scheme that Aspen Dental is. I had dental work done in 2019 at this location, some crowns placed in my mouth. This cost a few thousand dollars. Fast forward to now… one of them has fallen out while I was flossing my teeth. I call and see if they can schedule me and help fix this problem as they quoted me 20-30 years before issues would arise with the crowns. I’m told no, they can’t do this for me. Tried to up-sell me on unnecessary services. I just needed my teeth cleaned and they pressured me to schedule an appointment for a deep clean with novocaine for $1500. SCAM!

had referral for a tooth extraction. aspen dentistry started taking me to get an exray. I told them I could get the exrays from my dentist. They told me that they needed to do new exrays for their records and I was told I would not be charged for them. I was charged for them. I was also charged for an exam that I wasn't told about the cost. Had to schedule an appointment for the extraction a couple days latter. I was in a lot of pain.
