I have been going for about two years, my first appointment went well. I got a bill in the mail after they failed to submit it to insurance. I continued to sent my insurance information. It took me getting a bill for close to six months and almost getting sent to collection before they cleared it up. Then recently I had an appointment on 5/3 and was rescheduled to 5/30. What a nightmare. This place made mistakes, assumptions, billed my insurance wrong, basically was a huge waste of time and insurance. I am going to have to pay to redo everything they did. The Dr. Is an ass. I am so sorry I ever went there.

I do not like dentist. Never have & never will. I still go into anxiety mode every time I go to the dentist.

I am a very easy going person but my visit was a nightmare. first my teeth weren't cleaned and it was my initial visit. I did have 19 x-rays taken in which Dr. Dunning I believe was his name preceeded to tell me I had 3 cavities and gave me recommendations. then I told him that I had a loose crown and he seemed very rushed and as if he didn't want to bother with it. so I had to remove the crown myself in order for him to recement it. afterwards I waited an hour for him to com... I was told I had to pay for a special gingivitis treatment I have perfect white teeth, went to another dentist they said absolutely not. Dr dunning rushes you in and out didn't even look away from his papers when talking. Waited over 30 minutes past my appt time to get in (1 other person in office) and my actual visit took about ten minutes. Never again

Communications is a big problem with them. The computer system isn't much better. I went in for a cleaning and their computer didn't have the proper info so it said the Ins. would not cover the visit. I had to waste 10 min. of my prepaid phone time to verify they would pay. Then the Tech. took me back and proceeded to do x-rays. That was NOT mentioned at all in the previous discussions of what would be done today. I will be VERY UPSET if I get a huge bill for the visit.

Clearly Melissa has a very believable point as only a brief telephone call brought forth behaviors I've not enjoyed since my children were in their terrible twos.

Dr. John Dunning is the the main issue I have with this office. He actually walked out of our last appointment like a child and refused to return. Thankfully the receptionist and assistants are great! I actually feel bad they have to work for him.
