This was my first visit to a dental office in years, and I have to say the entire staff was very welcoming, informative, and great overall. I would strongly recommend others to choose this dental office for their next check-up. I give them 5 stars!

Very comprehensive. And FREE! I was impressed. Open to my input about my dental health. I'm an RN I knew what to expect. They hit the nail on the head

I scheduled a cleaning appointment in December 2022 for May 24th, 2023. On May 18, 2023. I received an email from Aspen dental reminding me of my appointment on May 24. I called Aspen dental on Silver Springs Boulevard to confirm my appointment and I received a voicemail indicating that I was calling after hours. Since I was calling during business hours I knew something was wrong with their phone system so I drove all the way over to Aspen dental to confirm my appointment on May 18. This place is HORRIBLE! I had been warned and didn't listen. After paying almost 2k for partials you figure they would last you a pretty long time. I figured wrong! First off, they were never a great fit. They tried a couple of different times to adjust them to no avail. A little over a year later, they start falling apart and breaking on the outermost parts like the corners in the back and the top. NO WONDER THEY ONLY GIVE A 6 MONTH WARRANTY!!!!(Which they won't tell you about anyway, but NOW you know). It's pretty obvious... read more

Don't tell me that my "great" insurance covers everything for a root canal / crown, except about $300.00 (which I paid) and then send me a bill for $763.40.

I recently try to switch to Aspen dental after i moved out of state an could no longer see my established preferred dentist. Let's just say my experience with them has been awful. I got in my first time. Was quoted incorrect pricing and i had to push for them to review and see why. Whatever they finallyfiguredit out and corrected their quote. Service was completed and scheduled my 6 month cleaning appt. Well they have rescheduled me about 3 or 4 times now because the hygienist has a family emergency. Same family emergency ex... read more

I was there yesterday 3/25. It took over 2hours for routine annual check. I waited over an hour for the dentist to take a look in the mean time my hygentist dissappeard[guess she went to lunch} and after I was. still lacking the flouride treatment. Another tech applied the flouride. They tried to cover it tellingme annual checks take longer because of x-rays Yeah 10 minutes for them. Had my first visit yesterday and overall a great experience. They were able to get me in quickly which I really appreciated. All of the staff was very kind and friendly. The dentist was very informative, clearly explained everything and provided me with the best options for long term. Highly recommend, they will definitely be my office for all future dental needs.
