quoted for 2,800 for 8 cavities and 1broken crown, got 2nd opinion and TEETH PERFECT!!!!!. they are a business not a dental clinic..

6 WEEKS IS TO LOMG FOR A REFUND'' NEED A NEW PLAN..STILL WAITING FOR IT.. NEVER PAY BEFORE WORK IS COMPLETE.. CAN,T TRUST THEM..

Was quoted for treatment and paid upfront. Then I got a bill from them for almost $200.00. They have said several times they will look into it and call me back. Now that it's in my credit report they finally say, just yesterday the insurance didn't pay full benefits for the visit. (which I have no problem following up on, now that I know) My son went this morning for a cleaning, and they wanted to charge us for his free twice a year cleaning. We will be finding another dentist.

Had an appointment for new patient eval, 40 minutes in and still not seen......unacceptable

I had extraction of 7 teeth on April 26 2017 and had arranged to have a lower economy denture supplied - after many visits to have adjustments made due to persistent pain the soft liner was installed on June 27 to provide hopeful relief - this was not to be - eventually the practice owner Dr. Pimpernel made several changes to the denture with much improvement & with only two further adjustments I was able to comfortably eat with routine use of adhesive. I didn't like my experience , especially the after care and hidden undertones. Just wanted my tooth fixed and they were worried about liability and blame and offered a coupon, hehehe. I'm more amused, idc about any liability or even the waisted 2,000.00 , I just want my tooth fixed. I was talked into saving it and it was never a good experience. The girl up front was really nice but I think she's gone. To prove I don't care, I'm out of pocket to another dentist and I will NOT mention the name. It was about my tooth. :)

Appt went well . Then off to finance without my insurance quotes. All I got were full prices without my Inuance figured in. When I wasn't interested in paying full price was ushered out of office and told to call back. Haven't even gotten a courtesy call sonce . Not happy.

All these ppl care about is money. Do NOT GO HERE!!! I came to this location with cracked teeth and in EXTREME PAIN.. and they did all these exrays and I was in so much pain had tears in my eyes. They sent me out of there without pulling my teeth and not even a thing to ease my pain. They gave me nothing but a wasted painful trip. Then as I was leaving the manager wanted to set me down and put me on some "Dental plan" because they did not accept my insurance.
