Both my sister and I each have a cracked tooth that needs immediate attention. We called our insurance and they said Aspen Dental was part of our plan. We called Aspen Dental and spoke to someone to schedule appts. and began to give her our insurance information. I recommend Aspen Dental because they really take the time and look at my teeth to give me the best care for me. Every one in the office is also very friendly and helpful and listen to my concerns.

4.9 with 600 reviews? NONSENSE! I called and set up an appointment for an extraction. But instead of extraction, you baited me to come in to try and make me a customer. After all, was said and done all I received was a "new patient consultation." Despite my tooth pain and desire for an extraction, I left there with NOTHING. Out of all of those people working there....no one could do surgery. I sat in the green room until I felt I should just leave. The never called me on Thursday like they said they would. Very unprofessional staff and billing practices. Takes forever to get an appointment, many, many too many complaints to list. Just be “ VERY VERY CAREFUL TO READ ALL PAPERS WITH MAGNIFYING GLASS BEFORE SIGNING, THEY ARE WORDED TO RIP YOU OFF, AND DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!!!

People where super nice Went in at last minute with a bad wisdom tooth that was badly infected . They took it out and I was back out the door by 8:30 minus the tooth Will be going back and highly recommend

Mom had teeth pulled at end of May. Nothing but pain since. She is miserable all the time. She has also been back many times over this. Aspen adjusts the temporary dentures and within hours the pain is back. These things have caused sores in her mouth and she is absolutely miserable. It is extremely ridiculous what she is going through with this.

i give them a 2 star for good work and polite people but because they told me i have a bill a year and a half old that was supposed to be a discount and all of sudden it wasnt after i paid my bill in full thru their billing company dental first. will not recommend any one to trust them

Terrible experience. I waited an hour to be taken into the back. Several people who came in after me were taken back before me. After xrays, I sat in the chair for 40 minutes and no one came to help me or even check on me. To make it worse, I had to sit through two episodes of Home Improvement before I just walked out.
