Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance got exam and x-rays done which is clearly stated FREE everywhere around the building...2 hours later into my visit of waiting on them and not being seen to follow up for my next visit i told them i had to leave being i run my own business...got to the cashier desk and was instructed i was to pay $78 i then told the lady that there was literally a sign right beside me that said FREE exam and xrays for first time customers she then told me that she could lower my payment to $58 and i then... read more

Front desk is very unprofessional. I was put on hold for 20 minutes just to make a new patient appointment, front desk does not seem to know what they are doing.

First I had a different dentist assign and she was not professional at all. The way she handle my case make me feel i was doing something wrong and she did not fix the problem which was refill my tooth for the second time cause it keep coming off. So i told her i was going to see another dentist and she just replied "ok that's fine i let you see a manager" which i wait for and the tech came and said you all set up you can go. I had a Saturday appointment at Aspen Dental on Silver Springs Blvd and wasn't kept waiting. Everyone was most pleasant and the female dentist (sorry, I don't remember her name) was honest when she told me that there was nothing more to be done with my dentures. I was prepared to have more dentures made at my expense, but her honesty saved me money I could ill afford to spend. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

My son went to Aspen Dental on Silver Springs 3 weeks ago , they said he needs $3500 worth of work, OK lets get on with it, I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to set up appointments , I have been kept on hold a total of 45 minutes , promised calls back that never came , computers that crashed , finally I decided to call the office on 200 and the same thing started all over again oh he Can't have anything done till he has his deep cleaning , no we can't get him in for cleaning till APRIL , thats what silver springs said, 200 ... read more
