The people are nice, but I am not too confident in the doctors. One said I needed two fillings replaced and when I went in for my appointment another doctor said that I didn't. On my recent visit I was having pain in the front lower area where I have a very old bridge. The doctor suggested a cleaning and the hygienist found an entirely different area showing signs of infection. (I was 6 months overdue for the cleaning because they couldn't get me in!) The people who work there are by-and-large very nice and friendly. The dentist had little interest in actually talking with me more than he absolutely needed to. As I had an impacted tooth that was infected- that was a problem. Up-sell came to over $8300 for out-of-pocket expense. Worst of all, the dentist wouldn't write me a prescription for the infection.
I had a very poor experience there today. They were confused about what needed to be done due to lack of communication on their part, 2 of the nurses were rude, the front desk was inept, they didn't give me any instructions for at home care after having a tooth extraction, and then the doctor prescribed a medicine I am allergic too.
Told my husband he needed thousands of $ of work, we paid for it upfront, went to scheduled apts and then called to confirm the deep clean because he had not had that done yet and it was one of the procedures in the plan that we paid for... they told us he already did it and we did NOT~ we kinda let it go, went to a new dentist to day to confirm that no "deep"clean has ever been done on his teeth! - also every time he would go, 2 weeks later there was other problems i don't even know but it was ridiculous!
