Bad management and hard to talk with over the phone. They promise and then do not follow through. They have a lot of turnover and are unprofessional. Poorly run Franchise. Getting money back from paying ahead of time ( never had a dentist insist on prepayment) and getting files transferred has not been handled well. They refuse to do either. I should have my files transferred easily. Also my money has not been returned. Stay away from this office.
Their assistants/ workers are extremely rude and impatient over the phone. I would not go here or waste your time even talking to them.
my husband was there this morning (in PCB) while we are on vacation with a dental emergency. he said they absolutely went above and beyond to help him and they are the best he's ever been to and so so friendly! as we make our yearly trips down here for vacation we seriously discussed our whole family seeing them while here every time, he was so pleased! thats so uncommon these days. thank you!! 🖤
The financial person seemed nice enough but when they tell you that the treatment plan is going to cost you nearly $4000.00 AFTER insurance and looks at you like you have two heads when you say you cannot afford to pay that much therefore cannot get the full treatment plan, that's an issue. I don't know where to start. Stay as far away from here as possible. This dental chain is the biggest rip-off I've ever encountered. Getting any work done here is one of my biggest regrets. I got two fillings 2.5 years ago. Very shortly after, one of them fell out. It was a huge hassle for them to agree to fix their mistake for free.
