I wish I could leave NO STARS! These people are some of the rudest, laziest people ever! The dentists seem nice. But, the RECEPTION STAFF ARE HORRENDOUS! I had an appointment @ 1:00 after telling them I had to go Maureen, said " We'll we can always reschedule you". Like It's no big deal that I had to find a baysitter, fill up my gas tank & drive 45 minutes to get there. They make you wait for 2 hrs. I've never been treated so poorly, the office manager is really a joke, she literally got up giggling with another staff member and asked the other receptionist to finish scheduling me. Thank you Maureen you were the epitome of professional.
Waste of time. Scheduled an appointment to have one tooth repaired. After an hour and a half of poking and prodding all of my teeth except for the one I need repaired the went to linch and forgot to tell anyone I was there. When the doctor came in apologizing he started poking and prodding all of my teeth. I told him that I just came to get one tooth repaired. He then looked at the tooth and told me different options. They had me Drive all the way from Marianna an do all that paper work, make a copy of my insurance card an then tell me they dont take my insurance. When the girl set my appt. She said that they took the ins. I think they did it because we where BLACK.
It is the biggest rip-off I have ever encountered! Went back for my exrays and that is a joke also. Don't know any dentist that could make a judgement on care. So I guess you could call it a double doozy rip
This is the worst excuse for a dental office I have ever dealt with. I have never been treated so bad. They have humiliated me, embarrassed me, and insulted me. I was told yesterday by the office manager that they would give me a refund but then I wouldn't have any teeth. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. My figh with this company is not over by a long shot.
My first visit ever, very update on equipment and all have a tv there, complete x-rays done, staff very friendly and explain all work done, so far so good, have to go back, feel all will work out great.
The worst dental work and dentist there I've been fighting with them over a year to get my teeth done correctly more money more money more money upgrade upgrade upgrade is all they want now I am working with a general managers of the corporation to get my teeth fixed I have been nothing but pain with them I wouldn't recommend them to my worst friend
