BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! My husband had an appt. on Jan. 11 that was made on Dec. 28 for a root canal. We were not able to make appt. until payment was made up front. It took them one day to process payment. The office called my husband on Jan.11th, the day of his appt., to say that his appt has been canceled and no future appt will be scheduled. my appt started at 2:15. i recieved both an email and phone confirmation. i signed in at 2:00 and sat down. not one of the front desk made eye contact or acknowledged me. i sat there until 2:25 before anybody spoke to me. the front desk lady asked who i was and that they didn’t have an appt for me. i showed her the email and she said that it happens sometimes but that she can work me in. i work in customer service and booking appts so i told her i understood and sat back down. to my surprise, three people went back before me... read more
Tammy Renee Caudle needs to contact a certain person over a bad check she wrote and refuses to make good. 450.00 plus late fees and msg fees.
The receptionist and the lady she was training are the rudest people. When you sit in the waiting room and watch them actively making fun of patients that dont fit their fashion protocol. Its sad that adults are that cold hearted. Shame on you both hopefully the lady being trained will wise up. But it seemed as though she was enjoying it as well... SAD SAD SAD!!! I decided i would not be a part of sponsoring such actions so i left and took my money with me!!!
The people there were incredibly nice and the facility is very nice, however bells and whistles are nice but you’ll pay for it. Needed a root canal, went in with extreme pain and was told that they only have one person that does root canals and they only come around once a month. So to recap, I’m in pain and need a procedure done ASAP and I’m told I have to wait a month for an appointment and it’s so far out that they can’t even schedule me yet in the computer! Terrible! I have excellent insurance however I will find another dentist... Office manager was extremely rude and if it wasn't for her terrible customer skills I would go to this dentist. Other bad reviews about her as well, this is not the first. You may want to find a new office manager.
They were polite and nice while taking my money. When I needed an antibiotic for an abscess they created during my assessment (know they did because I was fine on xray while I was there but woke up the next morning with an abscess- dentist punctured my gums and basically created an abscesses a NP told me, who had to treat the thing ) they didn't call back.
