I work 2 full time jobs and am going back to school to finish my degree and had a small hole in my tooth I requested to have filled. I was already an established patient and took time out of my schedule to get this fixed and they took X-rays and told me “yup you have a hole let gets to scheduled for another time to have it filled.” It was pointless and waisted my time!
Worst service ever! The staff is rude the doctor is all about himself. I paid them over $900 to have a tooth surgically removed and they refused to help my while I’m in pain! If you want someone to take care of you who really cares DONT go here!
This place is a joke. Everything from the Call Center, to the Beach location, to the 23rd St. office in Panama City. They bump appointments, they schedule patients in a closed office, the receptionists are rude and have absolutely NO EMPATHY, and they treat you like an inconvenience. If you don't like what you do, find another profession. Don't work in a place where people are in pain and relying on you to be helpful.

Liars, false advertising. I was under the impression they have low cost dental care, nope. I just needed one tooth looked at, never saw a dentist; just some kid that was preparing to take a panoramic x-ray of my teeth, an expensive x-ray, then send in the dental hygienist, nope. This was insane. I was paying in cash to get one x-ray of one tooth and either replace the filling or pull the tooth. I had an appointment and never, ever saw a dentist. What a bull shit, rip off business.
Changing my review to a 3 star- UPDATE- After meeting with Austin the dentist at the Panama City Beach location and explaining what happened to him. They have decided to go ahead and replace my retainer and cover the cost. I appreciate how kind and nice the staff was at this office. I'm not the person that typically goes on rants about a business but this needs to be put out there. For anyone considering going to Aspen Dental- don't. This place is a joke. Although the staff is super friendly, they are not your typically dental office. Very corporate and very turn and burn. It was the worst most unprofessional, and unfriendly business I have ever been to. The Dentist was do lazy and inexperienced he could not pull my tooth, he said I had a root issue. I went to my regular dentist, and waited, he pulled it no problem. This place is a mess.
THE worst dental experience in my entire life. Ask for details. I strongly do not recommend.
