These people are nothing more than extrodenary, amazing and EVERYTHING in between! They made me feel like I had been a patient for YEARS on my first visit! They cut up with us, and by the end of the visit, the ENTIRE staff was in the room with me and my BFF because we were having so much fun! this place, and now, they are my ONLY choice for my dental care!
The entire staff is very professional. I feel both proud and lucky to be a patient here. Keep up the good work.
My college student had his wisdom teeth removed in April 2022. He paid the estimate required for the procedure, but apparently was over charged $390. We were never informed of the over payment to his account or reimbursed until February 2023 when we needed to obtain a receipt for the payment to submit to our FSA. When I called and spoke to the business office, they were aware of the over payment but would have only notified us of the over payment if we had come in for a follow up visit which in this case was not needed. you know I save up all this money to go to the dentist and yall wanna half ass do your jobs , sending me out with a fake tooth that doesn't even look right , twice .. and now I have a bone protruding out of where my wisdom teeth was, cutting the inside of my tongue. bc they left part of the tooth in there when she was taking them out. always in a hurry and don't really care about their patients... seems money hungry to me. smh if you don't like what you do , do something else

They are only after money. They refuse to do a regular cleaning on me and my spouse. and insist that we have a comprehensive cleaning , which will cost about $1000 for each of us (insurance only covers a portion of this). we asked about just getting a regular cleaning and they refuse to do it. I do not recommend them at all. on a good note, their staff was very nice.
I scheduled an appointment and was told to bring X-Rays from my previous dentist, then arrived for my appointment and was told they would not accept my previous dentist's X-Rays. Not a good experience at all and would not recommend this dentistry to anyone
cancelled on me after I have been waiting 3 months. confirmed thru email and called 2 days before. cancelled the next day.
