I have been going to Aspen for a while and have always been pleased. However I recently went in for minor dental work to have a temporary crown placed and have been in excruciating pain every since which was about 4 days ago. Stay away from this place! Same your money! My wife and I had very bad service and they did not care that they cased my wife such bad pain. We we went to a specialist to see if they were telling her the truth. They told us not to go back to them ever again! Save time, Money and Pain and do not go here!
Horrible visit to aspen dental in pensacola FL on airport Blvd dealing with billing person named Mariah and "Manager" named Dustin Payton that wow no customer service or people skills what so ever. This rude poor excuse of a manager told us to be quiet and we corrected him and told him to be quiet is not a way to talk to a patient but continue to talk over me and was very argumentative. FEB.18: Dr Matthew took the cap off my existing implant and failed to replace it properly. FEB.19: Cap fell out of my mouth - I called Aspen and was granted an appointment to reinsert it. FEB 20: I arrive for my appointment at the appointed time, but the doctor is not on site. The dental assistant tells me I'll need to come back in 2 days for the reinsertion of my cap. I went to Aspen, did the new patient paper work- got a exam, consultation and x-rays done. I went in, the X-ray tech was a super sweet girl. when I went into a exam room two girls came in, one to talk about my issues and another who was prepping for a dental cleaning, I explained I was paying out of pocket and was there to have my pained tooth looked at not cleaning.. while in the back examination room, I had the dentist ask me 'do you like to snack between lunch and dinner?' Actually attend to people when they show up and not book them in and make them wait an hour and then book them for the wrong procedure. Terrible service. Disgusting.
IF YOU SHOWED UP TO YOUR DENTIST APPT. AN HOUR EARLY AND AREN'T SEEN UNTIL 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPT., HOW WOULD YOU FEEL? I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO GAVE ME EXCUSES WHEN I WAS MERELY TELLING HIM WHAT HAPPENED IF HE HAD A CLUE THAT PATIENT FEEDBACK ACTUALLY IS A THING THAT CAN HELP A COMPANY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got a call one week prior, two calls the day before about three texts. I called the morning of my appointment to ask a question I could not get a person. I asked in the message that I left for them to call be back prior to my appointment. NO ONE CALLED. Waited 6 weeks. confirmed appointment and it was confirmed by text.... when we arrived they canceled my appointment without even telling me! Then argued about what the appointment was for!!!!! And never offered anything to make it right ... or offer to let me see a dentist!!!!!
