Scheduled an appointment and had to wait two months for the next available opening. The day of my appointment I get a phone call that says the doctor is out with illness. This is understandable. However, they said they could not reschedule me for another two months!
It takes MONTHS to get a new pt appointment. After first visit then your scheduled for a cleaning? How many months does that take? NEXT!!
My never ending story. Getting dentures has been a nightmare since December 11th 2015. Not because of the Dentist and staff because they kept adjusting them for me. There were 3 or 4 dentist there when I started and for the last few months there's only one. Business hasn't slowed down and she's going to get burned out. They need at least 3 for the business they. I have to admit I'm glad they haven't given up on me.
Rude people that are always too busy to help. Like running a puppy mill.
Horrible Customer service and slow do not go here if you want a happy experience with the dentist.
This week I had my first dental appointment in Many Many years at Aspen Dental in Pensacola. I was a bundle of nerves to say the least, but everyone there was amazing! They calmed my nerves and explained everything throughly. The hygienist Tempest and dentist Dr. Attkisson were extremely gental and they developed a treatment plan that I am sure will improve my oral health.

I used to think these guys were awesome, but then they sent me to an oral surgeon because of a "dark spot" on my jaw xray. Infection of the bone was suggested...Which scared me. The oral surgeon took new xrays, and showed me the difference. Nothing is wrong with my bone, it's the way they took the xray. So, they stressed me out and caused me time away from work and cost me a copay for an unnecessary appointment all because they can't take good panoramic xrays or can't tell when they jacked it up.
