I was told I was getting my teeth cleaned nothing else. Then I get charged over 1200.00 Then they were going to make me a partial plate for only two back teeth missing when I told them I only wanted a partial if I needed more teeth removed. I took a loan not knowing how it all works and Aspen got paid for work I did not receive and I have to pay this bill. Well today I am contacting my attorney with the bill in hand. Aspen has not heard the last of me.
I have been trying to resolve an inaccurate billing issue for several months. I have had at least 6 phone conversations and visited the office and twice and have emailed twice, still no resolution despite being constantly told it was. If the person checking the facebook page is able to help me resolve the issue I would appreciate it so very much! You can message me and I will send details. Or as the manager, Timothy, to respond to my emails. Any help appreciated!

i want to say the owner called me.mr.dickerson and im sorry i jumped into a bad review.it was a misunderstanding.when i left i could not find dr.brennen .when youy said you couldnt help me well it didnt sound right.no one knows the pain you go through when you have an alergic reaction to store bought glue.my lips are swelled and busted open.so you can understand why im so up set.if my teeth wont stay in i have to use something.again im sorry,it was a misunderstanding and thank you for calling my power in.
I was very please with the service but very disappointed in that I was told they accepted my insurance and then when I got there and they had already done X-rays said they did not accept it as it was a copay but my insurance is a PPO according to the insurance people. They said it was not a copay. Very questionable.

This place is a HUGE rip-off.. Stay away!! Just google "Aspen Dental Complaints" & click on the link that says "Consumer Affairs Reports" & I promise you will never step foot in the door. Hygienist Brittany told me I needed a "deep cleaning" with SRP (scaling & root planing) , a procedure which should be done in 2 sessions - about 1.5 hrs. each. Hygienist took 45 minutes total & did a basic cleaning using an ultrasonic & hand scaler. No root planing was done because I did not need it. Found out later they do not even do "roo... read more
Unfortunately, they don't seem able to properly bill their current (now former) patients, let alone treat new patients well. I regret having referred anyone there.
Everything was super in the beginning. Once the office receives your full payment all things stop being super. Charged and paid in full...2900.00+ now being charged for their mistake of another 1200.00. Have gotten run around now for 5 weeks. Get a different excuse every time we can get a human on the phone. Is there not a number or person we can talk to that actually knows how to fix this problem? Aspen Dental is going to screw up our credit!

The actual work has been first rate so far. Still healing from yesterday. Four stars because, the first question after entering is " how are you planning on paying?" Then after the procedure I studied the bill, had to google some terms, and found I was charged nearly $600 for things not done or used. Will discuss at follow up.
