My dental hygienist was awesome. Wasn't awkward at all. The dentist was very cool as well.
The office called and clarified expectations before coming in. They let me know the first appointment is only for an exam and X-rays and to determine what I needed before any work could be scheduled. Dr. Journay answered all of my questions. Met with staff and they went over everything and scheduled me for my work to be done. The office seemed busy, but was able to answer any questions and help me with payment options. Can't wait to begin.
I was very pleased and comfortable the the service. Office staff pleasant. I was able to get a complete breakdown of the charges on my consultation visit. I'm feeling pretty confident that they will do a good job! I I specially like the fact that once your teeth are extracted you leave out with your first set of temporary dentures and lots of follow-up care.���
