I left work early for what I thought was a regular routine check up. I wasn’t told in advance that I would be waiting over an hour just to get X-rays done for “diagnosing”. They then made me schedule 2 months later for my cleaning. Being informed this prior to would have been extremely helpful. Not returning.

Just a mess from day 1. I am very sympathetic and forgiving for poor service but this place just lost a family of 5! Terrible wait times "over 2 hours for first appointment". They would call and change or move appointments same day. Probably so dentists could leave earlier. Payment issues that are still ongoing after 1 month!!!! We have a credit balance and still receiving bills. Overall just to much time spent nothing was effortless or quick.

Went in for a small tooth ache, after the exam they quickly got me to the financial managers desk trying to sell me on a lot of extra stuff and tried to get me to sign a financial agreement. Used car lot all the way. AVOID.

Was set for oral surgery. At the last min. Dr refused to do it in office saying I needed to have it done in hospital. He did not give me any referrals, my dentures were now on hold, and I still was in pain with infected teeth. He had no compassion whatsoever.

Horrible experience and still have screwed up teeth thanks to Aspen and the "new doctor" in there. I went in to get temporary crowns on mid April, was going on vacation for a week and was suppose to get my permenet ones on when I arrived back in town. When I get back in town, call to make sure my appointment and teeth are still on time (of course they aren't) they want to move me back three weeks. Turning my phone off I am pissed beyond any limit. They are telling me even though everything said paid in full I am going to have to pay for my dentures. Needless to say I told him he can talk to my husband Friday when WE go in. They got a 675.87 REFUND because insurance OVERPAID! F$$k Aspen Dental they are CROOKS and can give me my 675.87 back and I will go someplace else this guy literally sat there and told me that I paid for my temporary ones hello I would not have went since January with no teeth on the top if I got te... read more

The Nurse was VERY rough and not very professional until doc came in! Also, they did not take very good care of my clothes. I was covered with water and also had red dye on my sweater. I asked to take my sweater off but they said it's ok. Many times I was choking with too much water in my mouth. I have had many things done before at other places and NOTHING like this has EVER happed. I also thought they should have polished my tooth afterwards but did not do this so it looks dull compared to my other teeth. I had been going ... read more

I would be hard pressed to take my dog there. The only thing they want is your money. But when you want to go to your moms dentist they don't want to give your money back. That they had to have up front b4 they would make a appointment. The only thing I want is my money back so I can go to a different dentist.
