I had an appt for routine cleaning. Had to take off work. Got to office, told they tried to contact me. No missed calls & no voicemail received. Rescheduled for the following week. Got a call the day before to move up my appt 1 hr. Got there, it was 45 mins after my moved up appt before I was seen by hygienist. They had rushed me back for x-rays by another hygienist. I made an appointment. I took the day off work. I came in. Got an x-ray. Was told the work was not too difficult. Current patient. Was told I needed to come back another day for the actual dental work. Dentist was a pure jerk, an "a-hole" if you'll pardon my French. "We have a busy schedule today."
