Aspen Dental offices are the Lenscrafters of dentistry. I would never recommend them to anyone. I did not go to them for a full comprehensive exam. I went there for an infection in my gums. However they billed my insurance for a full comprehensive exam with upgraded photos. I told them 5 different times that I already had a dentist and a treatment plan in action. I explained 5 times that my dentist was on vacation and that I had an existing appointment scheduled for my treatment plan that I was only there for a prescription ... read more

They over charge for services and they only care about getting their money. Do not go to this company!!!

Been going to dentists for over fifty years and never been told I can't make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned concurrently with a check up. I'm thinking Aspen makes more by having patients come in twice.

Cleanings are typically not done on the first visit unless the hygienist has room in their schedules. WARNING ***ATTENTION***COULD SAVE UR LIFE** RUDE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DR. SCHOOLEY HAS IS GREEN RX WRONG ANTIBIOTICS. HAD TO GO TO MY PCP SAME DAY!!!! INFECTION BY MY JAW. COMPOUNDED BY STEROID USE FOR RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, AND ALLERGIES WAS NOT UNDERSTOOD..PLUS OFFICE MANAGER KRISTEN DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME AFTER SHE CAUSED ME MUCH DISTRESS WHEN SHE WAS WRONG I REPEAT WRONG ABOUT MY INSURANCE COVERAGES. STAY AWAY FROM IN MY OPINION RUDE AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!

Told them I wanted a check up and cleaning and they never gave me a cleaning. Tried getting me to make an appointment for a deep cleaning and pay 300$ when I said I just wanted a cleaning. Never going back.

The receptionist currently has me on hold, while she talks to the regional manager who refused to call me himself. She then hangs up with him and gets back with me. Then gets back with him. I made an appt for 4pm. I was texted about coming in early. I did. Ashley the office manager was dismissive and rude the entire time. I finished paperwork and was ushered in for x-rays. The tech didn't know what she was doing and bruised my mouth. It took her, and another tech, 40 minutes to take 6 pictures. I made the appt for my wisdom ... read more

Had to cancel my first EMERGENCY appointment because I was "double-booked" with someone else. Arrived yesterday for the rescheduled appointment and was told I needed to fork over $1,700 for a tooth extraction. For ONE TOOTH. What a joke. It's clear that jokers are in business to take your money. I found a much more reasonable service elsewhere.

You guys called me in early, made me wait 1.5 hours, gave me a treatment I did not approve of, and YOU REFUSE TO BILL MY INSURANCE COMPANY I have received 3 of the exact bills for the cleaning that goes to the insurance company. I have called the insurance company multiple times YOU DID NOT BILL THEM and your office told me originally you did then backed the story up and said "whoops!"
