Their brochures are fraudulent. The dentist had a plan in his head ( he told me only that some teeth could be saved and used to support partial..of course now one of the" good teeth" is abcessed. He never allowed any input from me and the results... I am embarassed to be seen. Dentures advertised ( 3 choices) ..i ended up with crap plastic piece for a partial with wire hoops to hook on "anchors". I would never recommend this office. I ended up paying a $900 bill that stated my insurance needed more info, 10 1/2 months after my procedure. Which was verified and checked prior to procedure. I gave info needed to office followed up to find out they did nothing with it, they told me that I needed to file the claim, meanwhile my insurance was saying it would deny for timely if not received in a month! I asked for information from the office and wasn't given ALL info needed to submit claim then...had to ask for twice...then... read more
we were told they accept our insurance but they made us pay ahead anyway. Now we are due a refund and they are saying we owe more money. I have our EOBs from our insurance co. and we do not owe anything.

The staff were an amazing group of people, very kind and accommodating. I had an emergency and was in extreme pain and they scheduled an appointment for me that same day. They met me with kindness and professionalism. With that being said while I normally do not complain about any business and while I would return for another dentist because the staff were truly wonderful, I will never see the dentist that I saw again. They will rip you off and you will spend more money un-doing their work.
locked in this morning without an appointment. My tooth chipped off the front of my denture. I left 45 minutes later with a new tooth and everything working fine. It doesn't get any better than that.

Ist visit to Aspen Dental. Like the fact that all paperwork can be filled out online and printed so you just hand it to the receptionist. Even did not mind that you get email reminders, text messages and calls prior to the visit. Imagine my dissatisfaction of having to wait for 45 minutes before they realized that I was still in the lobby. Many people had come and gone while I sat. Will not be going back. They told me that something would be covered by my insurance and therefore I figured I would get it (only because I was told that it would be covered in full). Next thing you know I get a bill in the mail for a couple hundred dollars. Their excuse was that what they told me before was just an estimate based on the system they use. Guess your system is way off then because $0 and $369 are very different.
