I have been to the office since 2011 up until today I have been very pleased. Today I was told I have to pay 60% down to make an appointment when I’m having an issue with a crown you put in. I just don’t understand why I was told it was policy I looked up on your website it says “For comprehensive treatment plans requiring multiple visits, Aspen Dental requires a minimum deposit of 60% of the total estimated patient portion of the fees at the start of treatment.” No where does it say when you make an appointment for pain.

Had a tooth pulled on Tuesday and the dentist stated he would call in something for pain . He never did . The next day it didn't get called in til after 6pm . Not acceptable .
I come to this office to have the work previously corrected fixed. On my previous visit following my cleaning I requested the dentist smooth out a tiny chip on the bottom of my front tooth. Instead of doing this he ended up filing down the back of my tooth, then left it rough and hadn't polished it. So I show up in hopes that he will actually do the work he was supposed to do. The receptionist is great, I have never had a complaint until now, I scheduled an appointment because my tooth had broke. I was told to come in for X-rays and a cleaning because I was due. I arrived for appointment completed X-rays dentist comes in and states he recommends either root canal or abstraction.....obviously that's why I scheduled my appointment then I'm told to sit at check out I ask about my cleaning the nurse who took my original appointment comes over and says you spoke to me on the phone a cleaning wasn't sch... read more

On the negative side, I waited for almost 55 mins, and I saw 3 people come in the door, be seated, wait, and then be seen before me. One of them actually finished and left before I was seen. On the positive side, once I was actually seen, Gretchen treated me with care. She was able to apply an expired guarantee for a bridge that lost 2 teeth and saved me a significant amount. So, in closing, the service was great, the wait was unacceptable that's why the 3 rating.
Worst dentist ever. Nightmare!!!! Stay away from that place!!!
