Worst dental place I have ever been tot hey are way over priced and have me jumping through hoops to get my prescriptions
My filling fell out. very rough filling.When I asked them if I could make payments as All our savings went to medical bill for lung cancer and meds. She acted like I she didnt want me there . I told her I was in agony she said They could take me in at 1230 but since it was an emergency ,It would cost $ 160. before work is done.and rest on compleation. .they wouldt help me. I have photo of check where we paid them before for work of fifteen hundred dollars..I am reporting them to cancer meeting.
The people are very friendly and helpful. They seem to care about you and are very informative. I am very pleased with them so far. Thank you.
My mom had a horrible experience here. She broke her front tooth she went in and the partial they gave her was the wrong size. the dentist was drilling a rotted tooth and drilled through her sinus cavity.
Was told I had a cavity just by pocking at my teeth, went to a different dentist office was told I didn't and they charged me half the price Aspen Dental was going to charge me. And they did cleaning and x-Rays all in one visit. Aspen Dental would of had me come there a total of three visits and drill a "Cavity" that I didn't even have. I even requested to get the X-Rays and got them and looked at them and a Cavity was no where to be found. I was not impressed, they are just out for the money and not for a patients care. Staff is very nice and caring and very very helpful. Very gentle with their procedures. I'm definitely going to make them my #1 dental place to go to.
