RecommendedAll of the staff at Aspen Dental are very thorough and patient. I really liked Dr. Clark Downing and the staff because they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always follow up and care about their patients. I like very much that they work with my insurance. I would recommend them.
I was amazed with not only the professional staff, but the compassion and knowledge as well. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and explained procedures and gave me several plan options for my dental care.

I went in because I was experiencing a problem. I was hoping to get an appoint with in a few days but was able to get one that day. It was great that they got me in quickly and helped me get started on repairing things.

I have been going to Aspen Dental in Richmond, Indiana for a number of years, now, and have always had very positive experiences. I would not even consider going anywhere else!! They ALL are so kind and compassionate and do everything in their power to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I especially like Dr. Downey’s low-key approach. The staff was very friendly and at the same time professional. No one likes it when you need dental work done, but I was made as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. They were not pushy with the treatment plan and were understanding of my decisions.
