Good dental work done. Staff not trained on etiquette or insurance information. Based on latest experience I'm never going back. Good work is not worth the embarrassment. Dentists were great. Front staff... Not so much.

POOR business ethics and customer service. Had to call corporate offices in New York to get assistance. Good hygienist though
Poor business practices with hidden fees and trying to force patients into more costly services. All we wanted was a check up and cleaning.
