RecommendedWell I was thinking of having a tooth yanked in England next week but thought, who better to yank it than one of you people, you are yanks. When your toilet backs up you don’t call an electrician do you eh. With our dentistry skills in England I would have sat in the waiting room looking as miserable as a pork chop at a Jewish funeral, so I had that tooth yanked. 😎🇬🇧
They could hire competent, sympathetic people committed to health care.
Horrible dentist! They are not professional at all. I had an appointment scheduled tomorrow and Cristina said I didn't. I showed her my confirmation email, and she became very emotional. She raised her voice at me and started trembling. Manager is horrible. The only thing from my horrible treatments I have experienced that he can say is "I understand your frustration". I'm on my 7th visit for one tooth. Ridiculous!
Horrible experience and a waste of my time first they cancelled my first visit because they were backed up , second when I finally went in for a cleaning all they tried to do sell me on a tooth brush, told me I needed a deep cleaning and kept trying to sell me stuff I really didn’t need!! I went in for a cleaning and never even got one! I will never go back agian I would never recommend this horrible place to anyone don’t waste your time !!!

If zero stars were an option that’s what I would give them. I came to aspen dental because I was in horrible pain with my wisdom teeth. I asked if they accept my insurance before taking the appointment and they said yes. When I got their the dental assistant was extremely rough with the X-rays even after it told her I was in a lot of pain. I was told I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. But they don’t take my insurance which right there I was ticked because I was told they did when I made the appointment. It was. $2700 procedure... read more

Please everyone do not go to Aspen Dental they do not stand behind what they say was told xrays were covered after asking twice then when checking out a complete different story would never go to this dentist again
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I've had nothing but problems since day 1. They filed my claim wrong with my insurance and even being made aware numerous times they have NOT fixed the mistake. 4 years later and I am still trying to get them to fix their mistake. Even after my dental insurance has sent updated EOBs because I had to contact them and do all the work for Aspen dental. Maybe you should send me a check for doing the proper work on the facilities behalf.
At the beginning of my visit , I started guessing that this is a high pressure sales operation. They started with a high tech X-ray machine of which I used before, then they took individual X-rays to bill the insurance company and to establish themselves as your Dentist. Then they send you to a dental chair while you finish the paperwork and another actor- technician comes in to do a deep probe and calls to another tech 3,4,5 7 and later explains the need for a deep cleaning.
