Total rip off! !! They rope you into paying for stuff you never agreed too, like a 120.00 freaking toothbrush, they do work before you do any financing, oh so you owe us....and how are you paying for this??? I paid 2000.00 for a cleaning and antibiotic treatment....are you flipping kidding me???? AND they say I owe them another 1500.00! Yes you heard me right....their business practices are horrid!!! Good luck to anyone that goes there....NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Terrible experience!! Established patient and I called with a toothache and was told I could be seen in 2 WEEKS?!!? Ha! I am certain this is not the place to go.
Worst experience at a dentist... I made an apt for 3:30 today over 2 weeks ago. I get an email confirmation Monday and Tuesday saying my apt was at 2:45. I then get 2 phone calls with voicemails saying my apt was at 3:00. I call yesterday to confirm my time because now I have 3 different times.
