We drove an hour and arrived early for the appointment that the office cancelled and gave another patient. We received a email at 7:36 am saying everything was good and they looked forward to seeing us. Cancelled Appointment because we didn’t answer a confirmation phone call yesterday! Then sends us the email this morning. Complete waste of our time, and patience.
If I could, I would give this place a 0. Went in to have my tooth extracted. Went through the entire new patient exam along with the xrays. They did not even really address my tooth extraction that I NEEDED to have done. Dr. Kuhn came in and informed me that I needed to have dentures. I am 44 years old. He said I have maybe 5 years left on my teeth. They are very big on the whole money aspect in this office. Holy crap! No - just, no. I went to Aspen out of desperation yesterday (a severe toothache) and I'm still horrified. With barely a glance into my mouth, the dentist suggested a major amount of dental work (and a TOOTHBRUSH?) to the tune of 4k. I was then shoved into an office to meet with a "finance manager" who was trying to get me on the hook for a payment plan to pay for major amounts of work with very little information on what or why or when. I worked for a dentist and have never seen ANY dentures as hopelessly made as what my son got! He has an extreme overbite and never had that before. The dentures have the messiest and thickest looking gums I have ever seen. Looks like the bottom dentures are built up too high on the back so brings the front or teeth down and out, causing the underbite. They should be replaced, he paid plenty for them and way too much for ones like that. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have seen ones made by the Aspen dental in Willmar... read more

Changing by review from a 5 star down to a 2 star. The dentist working today (Saturday) is very underskilled and should not be doing dental work. I will for sure be cancelling my daughters wisdom teeth removal.
If it’s anything like Connecticut and Florida offices then it S U C K S !
It wasn't a terrible experience but I've had better. I had a tooth pulled and the man that did it wasn't the nicest about it, a lot of sideways prying if that makes sense. I've had 4 teeth pulled at once and never hurt this bad. Also the man's personal hygiene was terrible. But all the other people involved were great!
