Horrible, first off they told me to be there at 6:30am they didn't open the door until 7. I called to make an appointment because I broke a tooth and needed to be removed, when got to my appointment they took xray of all my teeth and that s it! I told them I made the appointment to have my tooth removed they said I would have to wait until next week. I stormed out of there and will never go back!
My mom visited Aspen Dental, St. Cloud today and had a horrible experience. She is an oral cancer survivor and explained that when she made the appointment. She still suffers from the effects of the radiation, one of which is extreme pain in her mouth from damaged nerves. She said the woman who took her x-rays was very nice, but she could hear a hygienist speaking loudly to the dentist several rooms away in a disrespectful manner, which I imagine was also in violation of HIPAA privacy laws. Receptionist was good. However, everything about the rest of the visit was crap. Dental assistant seemed very rushed as well as the hygienist. Kept trying to sell me an electric toothbrush. Worst of all was the Dentist, rude, short, and spent maybe two minutes in the exam. To top it off he was sweaty and had major body odor. Awful bedside manner and bad hygiene. Office manager, although pleasant was speaking at such a loud level it was distracting. NEVER AGAIN.
I haven't been to a dentist in about 7-8 yrs Aspen Dental never made me feel bad about that Dr Kahn was straight forward with me and told me the best option for me I need to have some teeth pulled and I will need to do this with just Novacaine the last time I had that it didn't take real well took alot to numb me so yes I am very concerned to have these teeth pulled and not be put under will post again after apt
Went in to get a chipped tooth repaired (which did not even happen) they proceeded to tell me I thousands of dollars worth of dental work needed, a root canal (which after visiting my old dentist only needed a filling) the exam was painful which I informed the assistant who ignored me. Horrible experience and they push work on you that's not needed!
Yes, the novacaine shot sucks ass but after that its all good.
My son had a BAD experience with Dr Kuhn. He didn't wait for anything to take effect before he started drilling, he has no people skills especially when it comes to working with children. The rest of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. He on the other hand is not!
