They are all so friendly, nice, and knowledgeable concerning all things teeth. All of the staff really makes you feel as family, especially Dr. Sowji and Dr. Burton! Honestly I could not have imagined a great dental experience, but with aspen selinsgrove they provided it and still are, and I thank all of them!!!
My husband and I love Aspen Dental. It is a very friendly, caring & professional staff/atmosphere! They have a wonderful Oral Surgeon,Dentist & Dental hygenist. I would recommend all my family and friends :)
RecommendedI was surprised to feel so "at home" in a dentist's office! Everyone was very friendly, explained everything in detail, and the office girls did a great job to help with the finances. The extraction was over with before I thought it should have started! Couldn't be more pleased!
This Aspen office has put together a great team of extremely friendly staff members. Our family went to another Aspen office, and our experience there was average, but here in Selinsgrove we have been made to feel like family! No one likes going to the dentist, but they have made it as enjoyable as possible!
I've dealt with the office staff on behalf of a parent, a senior, whom I took there for dentures. The dentist, Dr. Pak, and office manager have refused to adjust the original plan for complete upper and lower dentures after an oral surgeon recommended that seven bottom teeth remain, a medically sound judgment. The oral surgeon was consulted again with the same medical recommendation. Aspen insists all teeth must be removed for dentures. Went for a cleaning. They insisted I get X-rays and see a dentist first. Cost me 141 dollars for services I didn’t want or need and left without the cleaning and was told I needed to come back the next Monday for my cleaning. Took off a day of work wasn’t wasting my time again. Horrible service stay away

They talked me in to doing dentures on both bottom and top and the dentures have not fit since I got them. The first set,teeth fell out of them a few times and I had to drive 20 minutes back to them to get them fixed. I recently had enough and contacted them to get them adjusted and fixed and they told me the warranty ran out already so I had to pay $800! And guess what???? They are still not right! I have to go back again….

Aspen Dental is a dump don’t go there. They always cancel you appointments. Then you actually go in for test fits and takes forever for someone to see you. So when you show up early and on time and you still have to wait. Then after all that waiting they don’t fit properly after multiple appointments and fittings. So they have to make a new set which requires more missed work and wasted time. Yet they still try to milk you for more money.
