there are some very serious issues that I needed to lodge a complaint about, the office manager just said she would forward my information to the regional. she never took any information from me like a phone number that would be one to reach me at. when I set the pen down from signing the receipt, it bounced and stayed on the receipt, so it maybe moved half an inch, y'all know how big your receipts are in Aspen which is not very big. when that pen bounced the Office Manager called me violent and told me she was going to call... read more
I wasn’t pleased with my family dentist so I decided to give Aspen dental in selinsgrove a try and what a mistake!!!! The hygienist was nice and the dentist is nice but the reception staff is terrible. The woman that runs the billing to your insurance, I can’t remember her name, is extremely rude. I had a crown that needed replaced and I’ve had it done twice before so I know what it costs but somehow a cleaning, a small filling and a crown costs almost $500 even WITH insurance!! Reception staff at Selinsgrove downright rude, it is not worth their time to talk to you and listen to what you have to say. Had work done in WilkesBarre, a crown, TWICE now it has had to be pried off and re-done because the work was so shoddy. Avoid, even if, like me, it was the only place that would take your insurance!
So I made a appointment for Aspen dental today the left side of my mouth has been swollen because of my wisdom tooth coming in it's coming in crooked and it's pretty painful I can barely eat or talk at times because of it I would need to have it pulled (both) of them. And according to Aspen its going to cost $495.00 for both... you money hungry a holes denied me treatment because I don't have $245.00 as a down payment to treat me???? Like what the f**k.? every time I bring my mother for an appointment, she is finally called back at least an hour after her scheduled time. she is also in the middle of a string of procedures that have been rescheduled multiple times by Aspen, causing her to be months behind in her treatment.

Worst dental experience of my life after waiting weeks to be seen. And after paying $250 for 5 mins of cleaning that I (had to get) they try and fill the wrong tooth!! I ran out the door soon as that happened. Needless to say I'm never going back there and you shouldn't either!!!

My husband had a broken tooth. Antibiotics and extraction. Procedure to do some bridge work. Cleaning was $80 @ tooth. Each tooth novicaned. Electric tooth brush $1100, wtf! Last visit his comment was, call police, I've been robbed. Will never go back, after $2200 work, last visit $1300 additional. Not all work done, can't afford any more.
