The positive first. Everyone there was very kind and respectful. That's where the positives end though. I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to see anybody. I also got a quote for a Root Canal that is $1200 more than when I called my family dentist. The greed here is what really gets me. I will be doing any needed procedures at my family dentist and will never be going back to Aspen Dental.
RecommendedI turned to Aspen (Selinsgrove, PA office) after a tooth I had been told on TUESDAY by my (now former!!) dentist was fine. Well I went there to get tooth pulled dental insurance still would cost was pricie and they didn't help me at that time never prescribe me anything to get infection let me go on my way I had to ask for the antibiotics then they sent it to the wrong pharmacy

Went in on January 13, 2017. I was told that they accepted my insurance. Got there early to fill out paperwork. Still sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Got X-rays done and then set back in an exam room. Waited for awhile but then the dentist came in he shook my hand and looked at the X-rays asked what insurance I had said that was good because it would cover the extractions I needed. Sent me up front to set up my appointment. Was told that there was a new oral surgeon coming in for the 31st and I could see him then. ... read more
45 minutes past appointment time. Charged us for things that were 100% covered by insurance. Then asked if they had time to do a cleaning after I was seen my the dentist, yet that's what my appointment was for to begin with. Very unorganized and the cleaning was not thorough.
Went in for a tooth extraction today. Didn't even feel it. :)
Over 6 mos after my uppers were yanked out by extraction, I had to have oral surgery to remove pieces of bone and teeth from the left side of my mouth that had become infected all most the whole time since the original incident. Three times my dentures had to be reworked due to improper impressions taken by a dentist that apparently isn't there anymore, at least his name is not on board.
