my daughter made an appointment there for today as she has a tooth which needs to be pulled and cannot eat. they set her an appointment for 2:30 today, she was there at 2:20 called in as she was told to do, the girl told her they would be out to get her, she waited almost an hour, called the call center again. The guy told her he couldn't even get them to answer the phone to go knock on the door which she did and the girl at the desk ignored her. Very friendly staff. Great experience I had. I will say they are a bit overpriced and will try to up sell a action plain to you, but I am limited to were I can go with my dental insurance. I was there last about 3 years ago and I love the work they did.

I went to Aspen since they accept my insurance and could get me in. I thought a thorough exam would be beneficial even though I only needed a routing cleaning. The techs were overly cheerful and the dentist nice. They explained everything in detail although I had to give the hygienists a lot of information about what they were seeing on my xrays. Unfortunately, their office staff is horrific to deal with. A simple cleaning with a $10 co pay collected and sending you on your way with a smile and wave actually may result in you getting a collections agency calling you for a "missing $102.00" that they claim they have billed you for (erroneously) "sometime last year." Toni, their office manager, has regularly evaded my phone calls as well about our son's oral surgery costs. All the people in the office were a delight, front desk was always helpful, manager was wonderful, dentist was very friendly. They even let me make payments to them after I explained that I didn’t have much money. I had a crown break and they agreed to see me right away. But once there, they refused to fix it unless I did a clean that cost over $400. We discussed financing and she told me it would be a SOFT inquiry that wouldn’t affect my credit unless I agreed to the terms. I said NO to them and left. I see on my credit that it was a hard inquiry. So not only did they try to force me to do unnecessary work, they are also LIARS. Should have listened when other people told me to stay away.
