They were paid for in full, for a back molar crown which I have not received. The Insurance company was double billed and billed for services that were not even eligible yet. I have tried filing grievances and to no avail. I have gotten estimates to have this done out of pocket ( Since my nerves are exposed) and it will be at least $1300. It’s a shame I will have to pay someone else to do services that Aspen dental has been paid for. Non caring and dishonest place of business. Beware!!

Can’t even give a fair review because I was 5 minutes late after driving 2+ hours to get here through a severe thunder/hail storm. 5. Minutes. And they refused to see me and wouldn’t even let me reschedule. Sounds like I dodged a bullet!

They refused to do the four dental fillings I needed because I didn't want to do the expensive, nearly $2000 deep cleaning (even with my Delta dental plan). Ridiculous! I'll have to look for another Dental Clinic... Unfortunately...

I had a crown placed and as it turns out the margins were not sealed so now having it cut off and replaced if possible. Do yourself a favor and please go somewhere else.

I was very disappointed that, while I gave my insurance information to the receptionist, it wasn't checked until 1/2 way through my cleaning. Discovered that they are not in network with my insurance and I would have to pay over $200. No discount, even though it was their fault for not telling me prior to faking me back. If I had known, I would have canceled.

Make sure to ask for an itemized breakdown of out of pocket balance BEFORE you pay. They’ll try to charge you $135 for a $90 toothbrush under the guise of needed treatment/services. Dr. B is fantastic but she should find a less sleazy office to work out of.

Dr. A is amazing. He knows what he is doing and is compassionate as well. His assistant Stormy is just as amazing as he is. I would def recommend visiting the S. Glenstone location for any dental care needed. Over hearing their patient interactions it seems the whole building and their team would be very compassionate and efficient in heir services. But Dr. A is especially amazing.

they are making people sit out in 92 degrees heat in a very hot parking lot waiting 45 minutes before getting a call to go in and you pay them over $1000 and they take you kid back where you can't go and tell you you have wait out in the very hot parking lot again for one and a half hours. I asked them why they didn't tell us that before we paid them the money because I would have taken him somewhere else and they said sorry that our policy!! if this is their policy to over heat parents in a very hot parking lot without a c... read more
